The third and last San Francisco Condominium carried out with an important construction company in the city, is a private undertaking that results in the construction of two towers of 12 and 8 levels respectively on a 3,000-m2 site.

 

The first block, with 52 luxury apartments ranging from 75.00.- to 228.00.- m2, is characterized by projecting balconies at the four cardinal points finished in exposed concrete.

 

The second block that has 28 smaller apartments -70.00.- m2 on average- has the same finishing of materials and shares with the first, a common area with a swimming pool, barbecue grill and a multipurpose room.
