Commercial premises SF

The complete San Francisco housing, has in phase 1 with 180 apartments and in the second 120 apartments. The need to offer the co-owners the facility of provision of basic necessities, originated the need for the creation of these double-height spaces that, each one around 900.- m2 of useful area, were thought when having the plant totally free, to adapt to either small supermarkets or financial institutions.

My intervention in the work: Participation in the design, preparation of work plans and construction supervision.
